POWER IN THE AIR

1. Power In The Air

a) There is power of the air - an influencing power in the air.

@1. Ephesians 2:2 NKJV
"[2] in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience."

b) It is a place of happenings - the earth utterly shaken.

@1. Revelation 16:17 NKJV
"[17] Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, "It is done!"

c) It can come between and create a gap and make a separation.

@1. Job 41:16 NKJV
"[16] One is so near another That no air can come between them."

d) It can be darkened.

@1. Revelation 9:2 NKJV
"[2] And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit."

e) It can expose.

@1. 2 Kings 6:12 NKJV
"[12] And one of his servants said, "None, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom."

f) There is a bird of the air that may carry your spoken words. So be careful of your words.

@1. Ecclesiastes 10:20 NKJV
"[20] Do not curse the king, even in your thought; Do not curse the rich, even in your bedroom; For a bird of the air may carry your voice, And a bird in flight may tell the matter."

g) If you may, don't leave evil words in the air. Say good words. 

h) God can only effect good words in the air whereas the evil one may take your evil spoken words in the air and work against you.

i) The moment the words are released in the air, it stays there until someone takes it for use. Even though the evil one is at one place at a time, his evil agents are around to take advantage of the evil words left dangling in the air.

j) That's why we bless instead of otherwise.
