A SEASON FOR GRACE UPON GRACE

1. A Season For Grace Upon Grace  

a) On 30.11.2019 @8.00 am, the Lord has vividly shown me numbers 2023. What do these numbers represent?

i) 7 (2+0+2+3)

@1. Seven (zayin) is the biblical number of completion and spiritual perfection. Zayin is a weapon in Hebrew. The perfect weapon is the Sword of the Spirit, by which spiritual warfare is accomplished, for “the weapons of our warfare are not carnal."

#1) 2 Corinthians 10:4-6 NKJV
[4] For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, [5] casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, [6] and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

ii) 2 (2+0) & 5 (2+3) = Grace upon grace

@1. John 1:16 NLT
From his abundance we have all received one gracious blessing after another (Greek reads received grace upon grace).

2. What Is God Saying?

a) We can expect to receive one gracious blessing after another.

b) This shall happen when God has completed and perfected what he wants to do in our lives in view of his grace (this is his first grace), then shall he release the second grace.

i) The second grace is like Elisha asking for double portion of Elijah's spirit.

And so it was, when they had crossed over, that Elijah said to Elisha, "Ask! What may I do for you, before I am taken away from you?" Elisha said, "Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me."

@2. Why? Because Elisha knew that as an intern following Elijah's footsteps, he would need twice as much prophetic power from Elijah to carry on his own prophetic ministry.

ii) The second grace is also a special blessing far more than one can imagine! The special blessing shall come like full to overflowing, and there shall be so much that no one keeps track of the amount.

After seven years of this, the granaries were full to overflowing, and there was so much that no one kept track of the amount.

c) A warning! This is the time to be careful! Don't forget the Lord your God and begin to disobey him.

i) Deuteronomy 8:11 TLB
[11] "But that is the time to be careful! Beware that in your plenty you don't forget the Lord your God and begin to disobey him.
